Their smart, streamlined design speeds up loading and unloading, while the open structure facilitates access for maintenance and repairs. Available in stationary, 1-way dump tipper or 2-way load/unload tipper versions.

COMMERCIAL WASHER-EXTRACTORS Sea-lion’s XGQ-F soft-mount stationary washer-extractors combine economy and high performance in a reliable, field-proven design. Features such as extra-large door openings and baskets with smooth, dimpled perforations highlight the quality of the design and construction excellence of these machines. Models are available in capacities of 55, 110, 175, 225, 285 and 350 pounds. WEIGHT-LOADING WASHER-EXTRACTOR Sea-lion’s new XGQ-100MF soft-mount stationary washer-extractors utilize an advanced Siemens TOUCH controller equipped with a high-precision weighing system (±5% tolerance). This system allows real-time monitoring of the weight of the loaded laundry, preventing wash problems caused by over- or under-loading.

Sea-lion’s BW barrier washer-extractors ensure the necessary separation between dirty and clean linen areas thanks to their fully enclosed construction and protective seal. Linen is loaded on the dirty side and unloaded on the clean side after washing, eliminating the risk of cross-contamination. Available in open-pocket and split-pocket configurations, the models offer load capacities of 135 and 225 lbs.
"WATER DROPLET" DRUM
Several Sea-lion XGQ washer-extractors feature the patented “Water Droplet” drum design. This innovative perforation pattern reduces snagging and clumping during extraction, and creates an extremely smooth wash surface for superior mechanical action. The option is available on models with 55, 110, 175 and 225 lb capacities.
Standalone clothes dryers
Sea-lion GZ freestanding dryers are available with gas, steam or electric heating elements. Designed to balance airflow (CFM) and heat transfer, they ensure optimal drying. They feature perforated stainless steel baskets with dimples to prevent tangling and corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior panels. Models are available in 55, 110 and 225 lb capacities.
Feeders for calenders
Sea-lion ZBQ feeders are designed to streamline the garment and fabric preparation process, ensuring accurate and efficient positioning on industrial ironers. Available in three- and four-station models, they offer a manual mode for handling smaller or bulky garments. The high-efficiency vacuum system keeps the material flat and aligned against the belts, ensuring a uniform leading edge for a perfect finish. Table Calenders (Chest Ironers)
Sea-lion YZC tabletop ironers stand out for their high performance, thanks to the precise structure of the double table system, springs and heat-resistant felt, which ensure adequate elasticity of the rollers and efficient cushioning for maximum contact with the table surface. They are ideal for processing sheets, bed linen, duvet covers, bedspreads and other large items. Available in 2 and 3 roll configurations, with speeds of up to 50 meters per minute. Serpentine Calenders
The Sea-lion YZS and YZC serpentine ironers optimize space during the ironing process. Available in roll and table models, their compact design allows greater contact of the ironing surface with the fabrics, taking up less space compared to machines of similar size. The drive system, which combines belts and chains, is robust and ensures precise and consistent speeds. Instead of canvases, shaft tape is used for smooth transfers. The fully programmable control can be integrated with feeders and folders, allowing complete automation of the system. Available in 4 and 6 roll configurations with speeds of up to 50 meters per minute.
Roller calenders
Flatbed Ironers Sea-lion’s YZ flatbed ironers deliver a crisp, superior finish to flatbed linens. The ironers are built to tight tolerances to ensure precise performance thanks to laser-cut, precision-machined and robotically welded parts and assemblies. Production speeds are fully programmable for optimal processing of different types of linen. Available in 2- to 5-roll configurations.
Bending machines with forklift option
The Sea-lion ZD flatwork folders put the finishing touch to the flatwork process. Fully automatic and networked with the spreader feeder or the ironing machine, they deliver a fine end product. An intelligent control system features various programs for different types of folding requirements. Folds are made by knife and air with a positive reversing control. Towel folding machine
The Sea-lion ZDMJ automatic towel folding machine features an intelligent control system to process a variety of products. Its sensors automatically detect the size of the towel and adjust the width accordingly. The machine's innovative design will adjust its template according to the thickness and weight of the towel to ensure high quality initial folding and subsequent cross-folding. Folds up to 1,200 pieces per hour.
Blanket folding machine
Blanket Folding Machine The Sea-lion ZDHK automatic blanket folding machine is an entry-level folding machine. Equipped with wide belts and optical sensors, it automatically detects the size of the blanket and adjusts the folding accordingly. Simple and reliable, it works quickly with blankets and similar garments to ensure high quality initial folding and subsequent cross-folding.
