Cleaning Guns
Washing, Rinsing and Drying Equipment Equipment Description This equipment is ideal for washing, rinsing and drying with a 304 stainless steel cabinet and digital panel for easy control. It includes a pressurization pump for water and a peristaltic pump for chemicals, in addition to suction of chemicals directly from the gallon. Control and Connectivity The equipment has digital control of water pressure and dilution of the chemical product, in addition to control of the compressed air pressure through a rotary knob. It is resistant, compact and powered by 220V, with 03 guns for simultaneous operation and 3.5 meter spiral hoses. Use and Durability The equipment is indicated for cleaning and drying processes in CMEs and is 100% national, with a body made of aluminum. It includes a universal nozzle that adapts to different materials and is autoclavable in Ethylene Oxide and Hydrogen Peroxide. Benefits and Options The guns are ergonomic, with handles in different colors, and the equipment can be fixed to the wall with the option of pedal operation. Options include a set of 9 nozzles and a stainless steel wall bracket, as well as a compressed air pressure controller.
